§ The customer experience volunteer is responsible for ensuring the customer has a great experience in our store

· Responsibilities include: Greeting customers as they walk in, guiding customers to the correct location for their needs, and answering any questions they may have.

Volunteers of America, Delaware Valley, located in Collingswood, provides support services that benefit the homeless.  Volunteers (14+) may work in housing and corrections programs.  There are also opportunities working office support, as a tutor or mentor, in fund raising, counseling, and special events.
