o What: Greeter & Customer Experience

§ The customer experience volunteer is responsible for ensuring the customer has a great experience in our store

· Responsibilities include: Greeting customers as they walk in, guiding customers to the correct location for their needs, and answering any questions they may have.

We are in need of volunteers to help out at our center in Mt. Holly one to three day a week - Mondays, Wednesdays and/or Fridays from 10am to 2pm. As a volunteer you will have the opportunity to assist and support the office staff by answering the phone, making copies, helping consumers use the computer and providing resources and services to families in our community. Develop social and community awareness while giving back to your community using your skills and talents.
